I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cintas (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
I interviewed with a very polite woman that had been working in the business for 20+ years. Very simple, many common behavioral questions. (tell me about a time when...) The interview didn't end very well as there was construction on the bus route that I had to take. (My fault) Other than my tardiness I thought it went decently well. I did not receive an offer due to me being late, as I had expected.

Question 1
Would you rather have an employee who does perfect work but is late or a worker who is always on time but does just an acceptable job?
Applied to the customer service rep position a while ago, got a voicemail from the company to call them back when I had time to talk over the phone about my experience and discuss the role so I called but never heard back.

Question 1
They said they wanted to discuss my experience, so I assume they wanted to know about what customer service roles I have previously been in.
