I went through a three part interview process, got the offer after the ride along and accepted it . I will say that process was very outrageous considering the process takes about 2 months . The first interview alone took 2hours
Phone call first, very positive, about 30 minutes then an
in person interview which felt very impersonal, just asked the basic behavioral standard questions, got no feel for whether I was being considered, then just a standard rejection letter. I emailed for feedback or reasons and got no responses at all.
