Hard a lot of rounds and meet with VPs and GMs. Then you will meet with sales, productions and service along with those managers to see if you are a good fit for the location and environment you will be working in. Make sure to be business professional at all times.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you see yourself managing a group of partners older than you?
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
