Interview
All together the whole interview experience was pretty smooth and dynamic.
It was 5 rounds in total as follows:
1 - recruiter screening (review background and relevant experience)
2 - hiring manager round (going deeper in experience & behavioural Qs)
3 - technical round with peer TPM panel (more solutions oriented)
4 - leadership round (with stakeholders you will work with)
5 - executive round (culture fit)
The communication throughout the process was clear and supportive.

- frameworks, OKRs, metrics etc
- solutions for various scenarios that seasoned TPMs should handle (risks, timelines, bottlenecks, situational questions etc.. )
- some archeology on past experience focused on crisis management etc...
