Interview
It was an in-person interview. The specific location I interviewed for, the interview was held in front of the store's seating area. Very simple process - the manager asked the typical interview questions (e.g., what is your availability, a situational question, school schedule). The manager also discussed the company's procedures and policies.
Took around 2 weeks to hear back about an interview. They mainly focused on behavioral questions, your overall customer service skills, and your experiences. Overall, it was a good experience.
