The whole process was very quick and easy. They asked what customer services mean to you and how to deal with different customer scenarios. I got hired on the spot
Was only about 20 minutes, interview was done by one of the general managers instead of the head manager. They asked standard interview questions, and they also asked a quick math question for people applying to be on Concessions. Interview was rather late, about 8 P.M.

Interview
Called the theater for the hiring manager to forward application and received a single 1-1 on-site interview. Hired after answering some questions regarding work ethic and timing. Don't show any red flags, and you're in.
