Interview
Was called into an interview with the hiring manager, Coleen. I ended up showing up to the interview a few days after, and we sat down at some of the cafe tables in the building and chatted before going through a pretty standard interview process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Pretty basic questions, like where you see yourself in 5 years, relevant skills and experience, how you'd handle customer concerns and helping guests if they needed assistance while you were on your break.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cinemark (Reno, NV) in Oct 2012
Interview
I applied online, and called them a couple days later asking about the application. On that phone call they scheduled the interview. Interviewed one-on-one with a Senior Assistant Manager, and then a couple days later they called me back for orientation. If you get that orientation, you get the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None. The interview was so easy. They ask about yourself, why you want to work at the theater, and then they do a customer service questionnaire. "if this customer did this, how would you respond" type of stuff. If you have half a brain stem and as much common sense as a bowl of mayonnaise you'll pass the questionnaire.
