My interview was at a job fair through my high school. I filled out my application and interviewed within 30 minutes. It was friendly and they were not offput by my nervousness. I answered a few questions and they said I was a likely candidate. I got a call about a week later offering me the job.
Show up early/on time, that's very important! Interview process was easy, I was hired on the spot. Just answer the questions well and show enthusiasm. I would also recommend making it known about your communication skills.
5 rounds of interviews, both technical and in front of the Cinemark board of directors. Absolutely appropriate for the level of expertise required for this role. I had a very easy process, love this company!
The interview process was fairly simple. I had to go through the first interview with a manager, and the second one with the general manager. They asked basic questions like, tell us about your work experience or what is your favorite movie?
