Ciena Software Designer interview questions

Interview involved one phone screening with HR, one phone screening with Hiring Manager and one technical interview with HM. Some behavioural questions were also asked during the interview. Interview process took around 3 weeks. I received a call from HR after a week of applying online. Phone screen interview was set up within the same week. Second round was phone screening with hiring manager and another technical interview.
