Interview
Included Multiple round , starting with telephonic screening , face to face round and HR interview. The interview was arranged by recruiter. Company is very employee friendly. Provided air tickets to fly and Pickup and drop from airport.
The interview was conducted by panel. The panel included reporting manager and Team member. The main interview lasted for 2 hours followed by interaction session with Deportment Head.
As ciena is global company , after face to face round and telephonic round was conducted with Director of the product line . More of interaction not interview
