I received two rounds of the phone interview from 2 different groups. One of them was very technical asking to explain the details of my research in my PhD and then asking questions about optical measurement instruments like OSA, ESA, VNA, measurement uncertainty and so on, the other phone interview was mostly qualitative. On site interview was lasted 5 hrs and meeting with 3 different groups and members and it was mostly technical.
