Sat with a panel of 3 interviewers. I was placed in one of their big conference rooms. They all seemed nice, but firm. They send you some technical questions after the phone interview. You'll have to do some research to answer those questions. They aren't super difficult but they can be tricky if you don't have a background in business law.
Telephone and in-person interviews by a non-attorney staff member. Unprofessional follow-up that leaves a bad impression of the firm. Hopefully the firm is more attentive to its clients than it is to its attorney candidates.
