Interview
It was quick, just answer a couple of questions. Then some videos of the company process. After watching the videos, they ask you some parts of it, in some interviews they give you an exam. That depends on how you answered.

Interview
These two managers just asked me where I worked before and sharing personal stories related to said previous jobs. They were more trying to form a quick connection and persuade me into the position, which tells me that they're willing to hire anyone. I was unemployed for 3 months, and I was willing to take anything at that point.
