IT took 2 weeks to get an interview after application was submitted. The interview took place at the local store with the district manager and district technical manager. Both interviewed separately and then together at the end .

Recruiter called and asked questions. Scheduled interview with district tech manager at a location 30 miles from the location I applied for. Lasted about 2 hours. Made it sound like I had the job. Waited a week. Recruiter scheduled second interview with district hiring manager at another location 30 miles from the location I applied for. Took about 15 minutes. Said I would hear back by end of the week. Didn’t hear back for a month. Contacted recruiter who said they’re still waiting and interested. Another 2 months went by before I contacted them again and was told I was declined. Horrible communication and a complete waste of time. Must be a sign of how the business is ran.

I applied. Took an online technical skills exam. Then was called for a face to face interview. After that, I had to interview with another person on a later date.
