Elise Gerard is polite and helps you through the interview to display any experience that might be relevant to the position. The district manager interview in this area was relatively easy they are just looking to fill management vacancies as it looks that they have a high management turnover rate.

Experience is required, basically have to know how to manage 20+ employees. Depending on district manager, if they are in desperate need, they will hire anyone. Which means they are always hiring, due to not hiring correct candidates
