Interview
It was great conversation with great people. I think there were 4 rounds of remote interviews with hiring manager and the cross functional team. They decided to wait to fill a role.

Interview
Online app. Phone interview with HR. Zoom interview with Regional Manager, then an in-petson interview with Regional Manager. Had to submit a PowerPoint business plan on how to improve business at this failing location. Finally, Zoom interview with Director of People and a company VP. Only one was on camera. 3 weeks plus. Complete waste of my time. Too many interviews with too many different people (4). The Regional Manager loved me. That should’ve been the final interview.

Question 1
How would you convert high foot traffic into sales?
It was extremely simple, but they had unrealistic expectations on compensation with the amount of responsibility and travel they expected. Instead of a mid-senior level they needed someone that was just coming out of college who's goal was to go on the road every week or every other week and grind it out.
