Phone interview first, then interviewed in person. I meet a few other employees, owners gave me a tour of two facilities, and thoroughly explained expectations. Great follow-up and salary negotiation options.

3 person panel interview w/CEO asking the best questions. Can tell he runs the show and he is a very magnetic person. He asks mainly questions about your character. Other two chime in periodically but CEO seems to care the most. Was a very good guy.
