I was contacted for an interview after hours on a Friday, about my availability on a Monday for an interview, and I responded that I was available. I, however, never heard back from them. An invitation was never sent, nor was there any follow-up about the initial outreach nearly a week later. This was super unprofessional and left a horrible impression, and I will not be responding to any further emails if they do reach back out.
