It was about 20 minutes for the interview itself. It was relatively easy and average. You definitely need to have a positive attitude and stress you care about helping people. They want the best and the most caring & reliable people working here. You need to be able to get here and work because people supported need our help to do everything in their daily life. Also it's really hard on staff when we are short-staffed to get things done. The interview will take you through the process of what each job does and they will have you choose the one that sounds like the best fit for you. You will sit down with 2 people who will talk to you and ask questions. It really is not that bad, just be yourself and be easy going. Don't stress it, mine was just like a conversation more than anything.
