Too lengthy, too many stages, if you had to meet Christian Dior himself they would do it. They keep entertaining you just in case their probation period applicants quit the process, so you can be the plan B.
Being ghosted by HR, to this day I ve not received a formal rejection and it has been 2 years, hilarious.

Took about a month! Was easy after recruiting and the manager. Took about a month to get an offer from the first conversation. Good communication throughout the process and I felt like they updated me as much as they could.

Vier rondes dmv gesprekken met verschillende afdelingen, gesprekken face to face of videogesprekken. Eerste ronde met de assistent boutique manager gehad, tweede ronde met de Store Director. Derde ronde een gesprek met de Area manager, de vierde ronde met HQ/HR Parijs.
