I applied online. I interviewed at Chris King Precision Components (Portland, OR)
Interview
The hiring process was unnecessarily lengthy and poorly structured. It began with a nearly hour-long phone interview with an HR representative, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager and the same HR representative. Surprisingly, the same questions were asked in both the phone screen and the in-person interview.
After that, I was required to take a personality test and complete a series of five industry-related knowledge assessments (approximately 15 minutes each). The entire process dragged on for two months, which felt excessive and inefficient.
