Was super fast I had 3 interviews in a row. Pretty sure they want someone who can work asap. The onboarding process was also quick, smooth. HR staff is always there to help.

Why do you think this job suit you and your background?
I was scheduled for a phone screening for a position at this company, but the recruiter stood me up twice. I understand that things come up, but the lack of follow-up or communication afterward was disappointing and felt unprofessional. This experience made me question the company’s respect for candidates and their internal organization. Based on this, I would not recommend pursuing opportunities with them.
The first-round interview is a basic behavioral question and your understanding of the role and how your past experience can contribute to the role. mostly I would say looking over your past experience to see how you can apply things you learned into this job and show your passion and interest to these fields .
