I applied online then had a single phone interview with a recruiter. The interview was only about 15 minutes long and included basic questions about background, experience, and why I would be a good fit for the role.

Very easy. Just a couple of phone calls. First interview was not scheduled and just a random call early in the morning. They don’t care if you have the skills or background, just want bodies to fill out teams and if you quit, you quit.
