Initial application done through the Chipotle AI 'Ava Cado', submitted basic info, no resume and no prior experience. Received an interview offer within the hour and just walked into the store at my given time, sat down at one of the tables and spoke to the manager for ~10 min
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
