Very easy and fast. They hire felons and they work with your schedule normally no matter what you can work or the day is they hire a lot of people that are in school and they also offer a program that pays for schooling if you work so many hours

Short and sweet not too difficult they just asked some simple questions like your history and work experience. be nice and you get the job. Just don't act completely incompetent.
