The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Roseville, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I was called to schedule an interview three hours after submitting my application. They offered me a 3:00pm time that I had to decline because of school but they then offered me a 11:15am time so I had to miss 2 classes to come and do it because they insisted on inconvenient times. They called to schedule at 8pm and then my interview was the next day so I spent a few hours studying their history and watching the chipotle documentary on YouTube. I went in the next day and interviewed with a very nice woman. She was very friendly and asked me 3 or 4 questions. She asked if I'd be willing to do a second interview at a different location and I agreed. Two days later I got an email that they didn't have a position to offer me at the current time and that was it.
I applied online and was brought in for an interview. The interview questions were fairly easy. The woman interviewing me was in a very bad mood. It felt like she was rushing through the interview.

Interview
I just got a paper sheet to fill out with information filled out online, then got an interview where I was asked questions. I did not get the job due to no experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Belton, MO) in Jun 2021
Interview
Went inside and sat at one of the tables and the manager interviewed me. He was very welcoming and seemed like a really nice person. Overall a very casual, laid back interview.
