I applied online and they called me about two days later asking to do an interview. The manager of the restaurant took me outside and asked me a few easy questions. The interview itself took about five minutes however the manager took about an hour to get out and start it.

Went inside and sat at one of the tables and the manager interviewed me. He was very welcoming and seemed like a really nice person. Overall a very casual, laid back interview.
