Interview
Submitted a full application through Chipotle's career website, then received a semi-automated email from one of their recruiters for a first round interview. The first interview is a automated video interview through HireVue, meaning there is no actual person on the other side of your interview. Instead, questions are displayed on your screen and then you have 2 minutes to provide a video response, which is recorded and reviewed by Chipotle's recruiting team at a later time. I found it very awkward not having anyone else on the other end of the interview and not being able to build a rapport or momentum with your answers. A few weeks later I received an automated email from the company that I was not selected for the position, which I felt was rather impersonal. Additionally, a majority of my emails I sent to my recruiting contact throughout the process went completely unanswered -- I understand if I am not the right fit for the position, but find it rude to completely ignore my earnest emails.

Interview
After an online interview was contacted for an in person interview several months later. Met with two separate groups of interviewers. One group of interviewers asked questions very aggressively while the other group included questions in a discussion based format. The interview process took a very long time which was very frustrating. Was not contacted with an automatic email two months after the in person interview saying that I did not get the job.
