Ghosted for weeks at a time. Every time they scheduled me for an interview, they would ask for my avails. Then I would get an invite completely ignoring my avails. This happens each round of interviews. Got to third round. The person was asking me personal questions. Then they asked me where I saw myself professionally in the future and I said something like creative development. They immediately answered back with "this current position has no creative in it" I told them I understood that. I wanted the role b/c I was genuinely interested in the position and I had done the job numerous times in the past.
