I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Philadelphia, PA) in Jul 2023
Interview
I thought it went pretty well. I met the owner of that specific branch and the GM. It was more of a conversation set up rather than asking a bunch of questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
