You literally just have to know just barely enough and become servsafe certified and that's it. If you have the cert before you can get into chip thats even better because you can leverage what you want right then and there in regards to pay

Sat down with the general manager and was shown how important it is to care about the job and to have a good attitude with customer service and keep the integrity of the company.
I met with the manager and then had a second interview with the current crew. They wanted to make sure we would be a good fit. Got offered the job same day.
