Oversee shift crew for dinner most of the time. Cook, prepare food and ensure crew performed. Cover shifts from call outs and for any other reason. Make big burritos, make small burritos. Tell people guac is extra, just like me.

Q: Are you able to multi-task in a fast paced environment?
Very short, basically looking for the first person that will jump at the opportunity. Took maybe 2 mins. Just asked for availability and didn't care about previous job experience or customer relations.
