I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Chipotle (Columbus, OH) in Nov 2014
Interview
The longest and most drawn out interview. Applied in October of 2014. Started my first of six interviews in November 2014, completed my sixth final interview in January 2015. The interview questions are all very simple. During the six interviews I spoke with a total of 13 people. On the final interview, I was asked all the same questions. Three days later I got an email that they loved me, but went with another candidate that had more experience in the industry. They could have got that from our initial resume submission, and not wasted my time. One interview was in Chicago. They paid for my flight, told me to pay for my commute (taxi) to and from airport, and save receipts as they would reimburse. Once they did decided to move forward with the other candidate, I asked how they wanted me to send receipts for reimbursement. No further returned emails from chipotle. They talk about a great culture, but do not appear to honor that culture.

I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
There were 6 interviews. They were spaced out and not typically punctual. There were two phone interviews, a video interview, a group interview with two area managers, and then an interview at a restaurant.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2016
Interview
They sent over a video HireVue link, which had a standardized 6 question interview- this way all of the candidates can have the same questions and be graded on the same criteria. I was invited to do this interview within 48 hours of the link, I am not sure what would happen if you are unable to get it done within that time frame.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for the company? How would your co-workers describe you? What are you passionate about? Put sale, customers and employees in order of their importance and why. How does your experience match the job? How would you describe the job you are applying for.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Chipotle (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2016
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter to meet a local recruiter for the initial interview. If I was unable to make the day and time they had selected, I was given the option of doing an online video interview. I met the recruiter at my appointed time. The interview was casual. The recruiter was genuinely wanting to get to know me and gauge my personality for the fit of the role. I was told the environment was casual and to wear jeans. I did so even though I am use to a suit every day. A nice change from a stuffy stressful interview process.
