I applied online over the weekend then went into the store Monday morning and asked for an interview. I gave my name and number and availability and was told a time to return for an interview. I was interviewed by the apprentice. I didn't hear back from them when they said they woul, by Thursday night, so I went into the store and talked to the general manager and passed my case just to find out that they already made a decision but were just really busy.
Just applied online and then got a call to come in for an interview. it was a very straightforward process. interviewed right there in the seating area by the hiring manager.
the interview was very professional and respectful. i appreciated the clear questions and respectful environment. i was given water and they actually sent an email saying i was rejected instead of ghosting me, nice
Easy got the job right away with no experience. NEGATIVE: you need to buy new shoes and was not told this until my first shift...What stood out most was the lack of professionalism. The environment seemed chaotic, and employees appeared stressed and overworked, which made me question the overall workplace culture.
Overall, the experience didn’t reflect well on the company, and it made me reconsider wanting to work there. I hope they improve their interview process to better respect candidates’ time and present a more positive image of their workplace.
