I was nervous but went in & it was super easy! We had a group interview with myself , the manager & 3 other people. It was really laid back & the questions were NOT super Hard! Also, it didnt last very long. Simple & Straight to the Chase. I was immediately offered the Job & got a Tour of the BOH following the Interview. Just be yourself & know about the History of Chipotle.. Founder, 13 characteristics etc!
Quick chat with manager, 30 minutes, had to speak about my previous work experience, and how I Work with customers and availability as well as commitment to the team for both the current season and onward.
It was very chill, they asked about previous work experience, why I left my previous job, my skills, and my availability. Very standard interviewing process and interviewer was very nice.
