I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (El Paso, TX) in Dec 2016
Interview
Arrived at the store 10 minutes early, seated with another girl who was applying. It was a group interview which I expected since I read reviews on Glassdoor. Asked a couple of questions and was done within 20 minutes. I interviewed with a girl who was odd, she talked the entire time so I wasn't able to say much, she'd interrupt me when I was answering questions. They selected someone withing 1 day and I did not get chosen. The interview wasn't hard and wouldn't have been bad if I had not interviewed with her.
Interview process was done in person and very smooth. Interview took place at Chipotle and went very well. The people were nice and didn't make anyone feel pressured in any way. I accepted the job right after and the process was smooth.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle
Interview
I told them I wanted to work there, they directed me to the website hiring form, I filled it out, and the restaurant called me to tell me when to come in and interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The general manager asked me what I was majoring in and my availability.
The interview process was pretty average. Two interviews were conducted with two different managers. They asked me the same questions. Both of the managers were kind of unfriendly and rude.
