Got on a 30-min phone interview with the director of sales and marketing, very very nice lady, asked me some behavioral questions and we talked about the position. Things went well.
Then I received a 40-min phone call from the ceo right after the initial phone interview without any notice in advance (he was asking for my interest on the junior project manager position while discrediting my entire undergraduate degree). i said no, i wasn't interested. They wished me good luck on job haunting.
2 days later, received another phone call from the ceo (45-min) without any notice. He was talking to me about a sales and marketing position and see if i would be interested. Then immediately after the call, I received an onsite interview email.
During the onsite interview, I asked about my position and responsibilities. The ceo then said they didn't need any more people doing sales, and he believed my data analytics background would be more helpful to ccm. So they changed my position on the spot from sale and marketing specialist to marketing analyst. They asked me to sign the offer right after the interview.
I went home and received a call from ceo that night, he asked me to be in the office and get trained for the first month(in this pandemic). I emailed him after 2 days of consideration, telling him I don't feel safe to be in the office every single day, but i'm okay with working remotely and coming to the office some days throughout the month. He texted me first, then called me twice on a Sunday morning without any advanced notice, full-on angry mode, yelling and saying I don't have the mentality to risk my life and safety to save this world. He only hires people who are willing to risk getting the virus to save the world. Then he rescinded my offer letter citing i'm too cowardice and not wiling to contract the virus to work in the office. Then they wished me good luck on job haunting.
So, be prepared to work for ccm,
1. if you want to receive random calls from the boss without any notice in advance (no professionalism or personal boundary)
2. if you want to work in the office hasn't taken the proper precautions during a pandemic (small office, no AC)
3. if you are prepared to risk your own life and safety to work for this company and "save the world"; otherwise, you don't have the mentality/mindset that the boss is looking for
4. if you are okay to endure verbal abuse (yelled at on the phone), and tolerate the boss's emotional outburst
5. if you are ready to be fired at any time
