It was a short interview, a standard bartender interview. I was asked how to make various cocktails. I was asked about availability and compensation expectations. The interviewer asked about prior work experience and asked how I would react to various situations.

The interview process at Chili’s was straightforward and professional. Then I had an in-person interview with a manager, where we discussed my ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and communicate with customers. They also asked about teamwork and how I handle pressure. It was a friendly and efficient process, and I was hired shortly after.

How do you handle working in a fast-paced environment?
I was told they were too busy to interview me at the scheduled time and to come back 2 hours which was an inconvenience. In addition, the individual interviewing did not seem to be interested.
