I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chili's Grill and Bar (Denver, CO) in Jan 2017
Interview
Casual. Not very overwhelming. Basically read off of a script of questions consisting of the generic problem solving, company interest, personal interest, etc. They offer you a drink and sometimes a meal. It's a very corporate feeling.
I interviewed at Chili's Grill and Bar (Hadley, MA)
Interview
It was a lot of waiting for a manager to be free, but it was a fairly quick interview. Then I got called into a second one, where I got the job after I interviewed.
It was a very simple and straightforward interview. You do not need any prior experience, they just wanted availability and are flexible and understanding with scheduling, especially for employees still in school
I interviewed at Chili's Grill and Bar (Brownsville, TX)
Interview
It was great they really took the time to get to know me and the process was not that hard but you do have to have avalibility which is hard to do when in school.
