Interview
Very easy, straight forward, nice management and a calm environment. Got hired on the spot. Was taken to another room where I was presented an offer letter. They asked me if I wanted full or part time, shift in looking for, and when I can start orientation.

Quick and to the point interview. They also answer a lot of questions and explain the job in more detail. Lots of situational questions, asking about how you would react to a particular situation.

How would I support a student in crisis, who is having physical outbursts.
Very comfortable and easy going interview. They took the time to explain everything you will learn through your career at Chileda. I appreciated the honesty and positive feedback to my questions.
