Approximately two hours with specialized questions regarding leadership and the field. Met with director and discussed goals, challenges, expectations, and specialities. This interview was long and at times grueling, however comfortable as the director was kind and engaging.

It was a fantastic interview process. Very thorough and welcoming environment. All questions were answered & very good walk through. Was very thankful to shadow some peers for a better experience.
