The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening with the recruiter, followed by a formal interview with the nurse manager. The interview focused on clinical experience, patient care scenarios, teamwork, and communication skills. I was also asked behavioral questions and given the opportunity to ask questions about the role, unit culture, and expectations. The process concluded with a discussion of next steps and compensation.
