Interview
Very easy. They'll take anyone who wants to work there. They really don't care if you do a good job, so long as you show up. Questions on interview include, how many ways can you show how to play with this toy?
short phone call, then video interview, asked scenario based questions: what would you do if a child is having a fit, if the parents dont agree with your techniques, etc.

Great group interview! Granted, it's always awkward in the beginning with the interview, but it's very much like testing your ability to be good with children. Just be respectful and dress up nicely and you'll get in.
