Interview
Very informal interview, done through Microsoft teams. The interview lasted no more than 30 minutes and no hardball questions, just to get to know you and research background. After virtual interview if you are chosen to continue will be an on-site interview.
I feel a moral obligation to let people know how incompetent and poor my interviewers were in treating me.
From ill-timed and blunt questions, to a clear disinterest in me as a candidate right off the bat, this was the worst interview experience I ever had.

Interview
An email requesting an interview. Online interview asking basic questions about my background and interest in the position with two supervisors. 2nd in-person interview with the PI plus lab tour. Over all the first online interview was a little less than an hour. The second in person plus lab tour took about 1 hour and 20 min.
