Childcare Network interview questions

I sat in the front waiting area for 3 minutes or less, it was fairly prompt for a childcare center -and the director turned out to be very hands on. The interview was short, maybe 5-8 minutes. I don’t remember the questions exactly but I would imagine they were short staff -did turn out to have a high turn over rate, and I was probably overqualified for the position. I was offered a job on the spot and set my schedule then I believe.

The director took me on a tour of the facility. She asked me questions about what I noticed about different aspects of the happenings and how those might be addressed. She walked me through the entire job description and went into detail about all of the duties included with the position. She told me that she would put me through to second round of interviewing.
