Child and Family Service interview questions

I thought the interview went well but apparently the company forgets to follow up or have the decency to respond to your emails/calls. I get that people are busy but have the common courtesy to respond and not just straight up ghost people. How were they able to get awarded “Best Places to Work” when they do this type of thing.
