Was asked about customer experience and experience with customers both good and bad experiences. Was asked how I handle difficulties with customers and how to ensure customer satisfaction. At the end of the interview I was asked about my thoughts on the model.

Easy straight forward. They didn't ask anything specific it was more of a tell me about you type thing. I was informed of my duties and asked if I would be able to commit to the hours.
