The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Restaurants (Layton, UT) in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview is fairly straight forward, how can you contribute, what are you looking for, do you plan to stay with the company. Overall it's fairly standard, and not that difficult, just be honest, composed etc... admit your mistakes, this helps a lot.
I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Restaurants (Irvine, CA)
Interview
Very brief; was asked 2-3 behavioral questions along with availability of my schedule. The interviewer sought mainly to gauge how I would respond in certain situations and the type of person I am.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to handle an emergency.
Absurdly long interview with lots of questions about experience, hypothetical scenarios, skills, very personal questions. Be aware of surprise onsite behavioral test designed only for people who already work here. You will be competing against people with ten years of experience at least as a menial food service worker for this 'entry' level job.

Interview
It was a very short interview. It was also easy they asked if I already had previous experience which I did I used to be a line cook for another fast food chain.
