2 group interviews both via Zoom. First one was chill and consisted of behavioural questions, was conducted by the Director I believe. Second interview was with the Operator and they asked more questions about how you would fit as a team lead!
Interview consisted of a zoom interview as well as in person interview. Both of them were very easy. The interviewer was friendly and gave me a tour of the restaurant and how everyone works together.

Pretty easy, asked a lot about leadership and wanting to be involved with CFA's mission and vision, I think it would be good if you brough ideas and leadership experience that you may have had in the past.
