Chicago Symphony Orchestra interview questions

The inerview was scheduled many months after I submitted my resume. However, the interview itself was welcoming and efficient. It was overall a pleasant experience. Once the interview was over, I got the offer within a week or so.

Initial Screening email with HR contact, one remote interview with upper management and a final round with three stages. HR contacted references before final interview which I found to be unusual.
